Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations within 0 to 6 Days of Check-in:
    • If a customer cancels their stay within 0 to 6 days of their scheduled check-in date, unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
    • This policy applies due to the proximity to the check-in date and the limited ability to rebook the property within such a short timeframe.
  2. Cancellations within 7 to 14 Days of Check-in:
    • If a customer cancels their stay within 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
    • This allows for some compensation to the property owner while offering some relief to the customer.
  3. Cancellations within 15 to 30 Days of Check-in:
    • If a customer cancels their stay within 15 to 30 days prior to check-in, a 75% refund will be issued.
    • This provides a higher refund as the cancellation is made further in advance, allowing more time for the property to potentially be rebooked.
  4. Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Check-in:
    • If a customer cancels their stay 30 days or more before the check-in date, a 100% refund will be issued.
    • This is the most favorable cancellation scenario for the customer, offering a full refund for cancellations made well in advance.

Important Notes:

  • The cancellation policy applies to the total cost of the booking, including any applicable taxes and service fees.
  • Cancellations must be made via our platform or in accordance with the property owner’s specified cancellation procedure.
  • We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms and conditions before booking to ensure that you are comfortable with the policy.
  • In some cases, exceptions may apply, such as unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health issues, natural disasters). These cases will be evaluated individually.
