    • Cancellations within 0 - 15 days of check-in are non-refundable.
    • Cancellations within 16 - 30 days of check-in are will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
    • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2 -3 business days.
